We opened in 1999 after owner Robert Butters, who is allergic to gluten, wasn't able to find any restaurants that were completely gluten-free. This made Robert want to create a restaurant that was completely gluten-free. So Robert hired one of the best pastry chefs around and We Knead Dough came to be!
